1. Policy Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders of bespoke fitted carpets, custom floor coverings and home floor accessories provided by UNIALL GROUP LIMITED, covering delivery within the United Kingdom.
This policy is reviewed internally by the company every 12 months to ensure compliance with UK delivery regulations and service standards.
2. Delivery Coverage
Our standard delivery service covers all residential and commercial addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Remote areas (including but not limited to offshore islands) may require an additional delivery lead time of 3 to 5 working days, and we will notify customers of any such delays at the time of order confirmation.
3. Production & Dispatch Time
After order confirmation and sample approval (if applicable), production will be completed within the following timeframes based on product type:
- Standard custom carpets: 7 to 10 working days
- Large-size or complex custom carpets: 12 to 14 working days
- Small floor accessories: 5 to 7 working days
Dispatch will be arranged within 1 working day after production is completed, and a dispatch confirmation email will be sent to the customer immediately.
4. Standard Delivery Transit Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery transit time is as follows:
- Mainland UK (England, Scotland lowlands, Wales): 3 to 5 working days
- Northern Ireland, Scotland highlands: 5 to 7 working days
- Remote offshore areas: 7 to 10 working days
Transit times are estimated based on third-party courier services and may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Arrangements & Requirements
Couriers will attempt delivery to the provided address during standard working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
If no one is available to receive the goods, the courier will leave a delivery note with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot within 7 calendar days; failure to collect will result in the goods being returned to us.
6. Delivery Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are advised to inspect the goods upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging or products must be noted on the courier’s delivery receipt at the time of receipt.
Reports of damaged or missing goods must be submitted to us via official email within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damage and delivery receipt.
7. Delivery Charges
All product prices include standard packaging and delivery costs within mainland UK. No additional delivery fees will be added for mainland UK orders after order confirmation.
Remote offshore areas may incur an additional delivery charge, which will be clearly stated at the time of order placement.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy as needed. Any revisions will be published on this page and will take effect automatically 30 days after publication.
