1. General Policy Overview
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all bespoke fitted carpets, custom floor coverings and home floor accessory products provided by UNIALL GROUP LIMITED.
Due to the custom-made nature of most products, return and refund conditions follow clear time limits and product state rules, reviewed internally by the company every 12 months.
2. Cancellation Before Production
Customers may cancel a placed order without additional charge within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Once material preparation or cutting production has started, order cancellation will no longer be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Only non-custom standard sized accessory products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Goods remain unused, unmarked and kept in original packaging
- Return request submitted within 14 calendar days after goods received
- Product has no self-inflicted damage or improper use traces
All custom-cut carpets and custom floor panels are made to individual size requirements and are non-returnable after production is completed.
4. Return Submission Process
All return requests must be sent via official email with order number and product details. The company will respond to valid return applications within 7 working days.
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item arrives with confirmed manufacturing defect.
5. Refund Processing Timeframe
After returned goods are received, inspected and verified in good condition, the refund arrangement will be processed within 10 working days.
Refund execution follows normal banking processing time, which is outside the company’s control.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund application will not be approved under the following circumstances:
- Custom sized carpet and floor covering products after production
- Goods showing stains, cuts, wear or improper installation traces
- Return request submitted beyond the 14-day application window
- Customer provided incorrect measurement data leading to size mismatch
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Returns & Refund Policy as required by business practice or regulation. Revised terms will be published on this page and take effect automatically 30 days after posting.
