1. General Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all product orders placed with UNIALL GROUP LIMITED, including bespoke fitted carpets, custom floor coverings and home floor accessory goods.
By accessing the website and placing an order, you confirm acceptance of these terms in full. The company reviews these terms internally every 12 months to maintain compliance with United Kingdom commercial regulations.
2. Product Description & Specification
All products listed are supplied with fixed standard sizes, material compositions and stated pricing. Every product dimension, layout and colour reference follows standard batch production specifications.
Minor visual variation in texture or tone between physical goods and online display is considered normal and does not affect product compliance. Custom size requests are only valid when submitted officially via the website order form.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
Once an order is submitted, the company will send an order confirmation within 3 working days. All order details including product type, size and delivery address are the sole responsibility of the customer to check at the point of submission.
Amendments to confirmed orders can only be made within 4 working days after placement; no changes will be accepted once production has commenced.
4. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed in British Pounds, inclusive of standard packaging costs. No hidden fees will be added after order confirmation.
Prices are reviewed by the company every 6 months and may be adjusted without prior notice for future orders only.
5. Sample Request & Production Lead Time
Material sample requests will be dispatched within 5 working days. After customer confirmation of colour and style, standard production will be completed within 7 to 14 working days depending on product type.
All production lead times are estimated and do not include external delivery network delays.
6. Delivery & Dispatch
Delivery service covers residential addresses within the United Kingdom. Dispatch will be arranged once production is finished.
Standard delivery transit time ranges from 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or remote location access restrictions.
7. Returns & Customer Requests
Due to the custom-made nature of carpets and floor covering goods, standard cancellation is only permitted within 3 working days of order placement before production starts.
All customer enquiries relating to orders, samples or product details will be responded to within 7 working days.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, product descriptions, layout and design remains the intellectual property of UNIALL GROUP LIMITED. No content may be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
9. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and shall take effect automatically 30 days after publication.
